What should a bar POS do?

Live does each of these. Drink options carry their own price and stock pour, so a double or an added mixer is charged and deducted correctly. Happy hour switches on at the times you set, and every void needs a reason.

What does a Friday night look like?

Split by people or by items, add a tip, and take each card on your own EFTPOS terminal.

A drink poured wrong is voided with a reason, and the owner can get an email about it.

Can happy hour switch on by itself?
Yes, on Standard and Multi-venue. Set the days, times and offer once, and the till applies it during the window and marks each happy-hour line.
Does Live track stock by the pour?
Yes. Stock is kept in ml, grams or pieces, each drink has a recipe, and options such as a double deduct their own pour.
How many registers can a bar run?
Floor includes 1 register. Standard includes up to 4 at one venue. Multi-venue is priced per venue, and we confirm registers in your demo.
Can staff open a tab for a group?
Yes. Named tabs are included from Standard, so a regular or a group can run a tab and settle at the end.
