What is a membership POS?
A point of sale that knows your members: it finds them at the till, applies their tier discount and records what they spend.
With members built into Live, there’s no separate loyalty app to connect or pay for. Tiers, rules, discounts and reports all live in the same back office as your sales.

Create your tiers
Name your own tiers, such as Local, Gold or Founding Member.

Set the rules
Move members between tiers automatically on total spend, number of orders or visit frequency.

Link a discount
Attach a named discount, as a percentage or an amount, to each tier.

Sign up at the till
Add a new member with their name, contact details, barcode and tier.

Find them fast
Scan the member’s barcode or pick them from the list, and their discount applies.

Multi-venue $125 per venue a month, billed yearly
Everything in Standard, plus tips, petty cash and drivers, priced for each venue.

Membership questions, answered
Which plan includes membership?
Standard, from $80 a month billed yearly ($95 billed monthly), and Multi-venue, from $125 per venue a month billed yearly ($149 billed monthly). Both include GST.
Do I need a separate loyalty app?
No. Tiers, rules, member discounts and member reports are part of Live from Standard.
Can I export my member list?
Yes. The Members export downloads your member list, and Sales by member shows spend for any date range.
Can staff sign members up at the till?
Yes. Add a new member at the till with their name, contact details, barcode and tier.
